International Chaletbouw is happy to build your prefabricated vacation home with you. Prefabricated homes are constructed off-site and assembled on location. The houses can be designed according to your wishes, and we are happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Choose the number of bedrooms, (extra) wellness amenities, style, and much more. You have the option to use the pre-built vacation home for personal use, rental, or a combination of both. We will transport the prefabricated home to your location and connect it. We won't leave until everything works and you are satisfied!

Requirements are identified together, design is approved, and joint final inspection takes place. This ensures that your prefabricated vacation home is truly your own.

The construction of your home
Our homes are built entirely in the factory. When constructing the homes, we are not completely stuck with standardized processes, allowing the prefab homes to be custom-made. Therefore, you have the freedom to choose the furnishing for your house. Choose traditional, designer, or exclusive interiors. Our interior packages vary in style and can be expanded to accommodate 6 or 8 people. When the vacation home is ready, there will be a joint final inspection. After this inspection, International Chaletbouw will take care of on-site installation, including connection!
