We are proud to present our Pavillon Wave holiday home. The Pavillon Wave is a holiday home that sleeps six and has a distinctive wavy roof. The ceiling reaches its highest point in the living room. Because of the many high windows in the living room, you can always enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding nature. Moreover, this ensures an abundance of natural light. In the luxurious open kitchen, you have all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious dinner. The Pavillon Wave also has three bedrooms, so you can easily enjoy this holiday home with six people. A luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate powder room make this holiday home feel complete.

What can I expect when buying a luxurious chalet?

We think it's important you stay in control as much as possible. That's why we always take inventory of your wishes together. When the design, based on your wishes, is approved, we'll start the construction process. We understand you would like to stay informed about the construction. That's why you can always come and have a look.  International Chaletbouw also takes care of the delivery and connection to amenities. Buying a luxurious chalet has never been this easy!

What do you need to consider?

We try to take care of most things for you. In order to do this, we do need to have a clear overview of how you want to use the chalet. If the home will be used as informal care home, the layout must be a bit more spacious. And what else do you want your home to show? Not to worry! This is what the inventory of your wishes and desires is for. 

 
 

The options for a luxurious chalet

The intent behind the purchase can be different for everyone. That's why we would like to list the options. You can only use the home, which also can be used as informal care home, privately. In that case it's great to fully furnish the chalet with all the luxury you want yourself. 

You can also use the home privately and make it available to rent out. You can make the bought chalet available to rent out in periods you do not expect to use it. 

As third option you can fully make the luxurious home available to rent out. In this case you do not use it. 

Because International Chaletbouw can build a custom chalet, you can take various things into account when you purchase it. If you will live in the home yourself, it can be fully furnished according to your desires. If you buy the chalet in order to rent it out, people sometimes decide to keep things a bit more neutral.
